Support Engineer
PDSVISION is currently looking for a Support Engineer in the Nordic region. Join our dedicated team focusing on helping companies successfully get the most out of their PTC and PDSVISION product portfolios!You will become a part of our support team that manages both customer support and smaller adaptations for customers in Nordic countries. We are a strategic partner to both PTC (ptc.com) and Ansys (ansys.com), the global market leaders in Engineering & Simulation Software solutions.Your role In this role, you will provide solutions to issues, help customers find a way forward, and deliver services and maintenance to ensure customers can work in a stable environment. As a Support Engineer, you build relationships with individuals and organizations and develop a deep understanding of their needs and challenges. The tasks involve configuring user environments for upgrades, regular maintenance to prevent downtime, and solving customer issues. We work with a wide range of products, but our core is within CAD and PLM.
During your onboarding process, you will focus on studying our products and gaining knowledge of the product features and functions. From there you will take on support cases together with senior colleagues to enable the knowledge transfer. - Relevant Academic degree, Mechanical engineering is advantageous
- Relevant Academic degree such as Mechanical engineering or Software Engineer IT Or other relevant experience such as IT Specialist/Programmer
- Fluent in English and Swedish or Finnish, both speech and writing
- Experience of Ansys and/or PTC portfolio is a plus
- PTC knowledge
