We are seeking a driven and truly engaged individual. As a Sales Executive in PDSVISION, you are standing at the front line. You are monumental in securing that we can help the organizations we work with drive a digital transformation journey that delivers real and positive business outcomes. You will be part of a strong Nordic organization, reporting to the Head of Sales & Marketing at PDSVISION. You will have a result responsibility and be a member of a successful, knowledgeable, creative and professional sales and marketing organization.
As a Sales Executive at PDSVISION, you will be developing a strategy and a sales plan to address designated accounts. You will establish an in-depth understanding of organizational strategic priorities and key initiatives and map that to solutions derived from PDSVISION’s portfolio of solutions. These solutions address Digital Transformation, Digital Twin, Smart Connected Products, Smart Manufacturing etc.
To be successful in the role, the following should be a description of you:
- Relevant Academic degree
- Business oriented with a high business acumen
- Ability to create strategic sales & account plans and activities to grow market share
- Understand the industrial landscape in the Nordics and CAE, CAD, PLM, ERP, CRM or similar IT domains well
- Experience of Ansys and/or PTC portfolio is a plus, not necessary
- Proven track record of sales in software, service, or consultancy business
- Understand value-based selling and sales approach
- Driven by result and values, not prestige
- An energetic and independent team player with a proven high level of achievement
- Fluent in Swedish and English in both speech and writing
- Social and optimistic
- Ambitious team player
- Ability to travel (more at the beginning of the employment)
Other Information:
Full-time probation period for 6 months to move over to permanent employment.
