Your role
As a Customer Success manager at PDSVISION your main responsibility is to build strong relationships with our existing and new customers. You are the trusted advisor and ensure our products generate high ROI for our customers. In this role, you will work closely with our sales and marketing team to build authentic relationships with individuals and organizations. Together with your colleagues you can build a deep understanding of the customers unique business realities and propose the best solutions available on the market today.

To be successful in the role the following should be a description of you:

  • Relevant Academic degree
  • Business oriented with a high business acumen
  • Ability to identify and preventive work to minimize risk of churn or expansion potential
  • Ability to individually plan and execute value driven customer interactions
  • Understand the industrial landscape in the Nordics and CAE, PLM or IIoT domains well
  • Experience of Ansys and/or PTC portfolio is necessary
  • Understand value-based selling and sales approach
  • Driven by result and values, not prestige
  • An energetic and independent team player with a proven high level of achievement
  • Fluent in English and Swedish or Finnish in both speech and writing
  • Social and optimistic
  • Ambitious team player
  • Ability to travel (more at the beginning of the employment)

Other Information:
Full-time probation period for 6 months to move over to permanent employment.

Location:
Sweden (Stockholm, Gothenburg, Lund) or Finland (Tampere)

Salary:
Dependent on skills and experience
